Our story
About us
From a historic mill building to a family-run country inn – a story with many chapters.

The owners
Frank & Nadine Gröters
After a long pause, Frank and Nadine Gröters took over the Wetteraperle, wanting to “breathe its old charm back into the inn and set new impulses”. They bring experience from Berlin and Lake Tegernsee – Frank is a trained chef with more than 30 years behind the stove.
