3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in what are known as server log files, which your browser transmits (e.g. browser type, operating system used, referrer URL, date and time of the request, IP address). This data cannot be assigned to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources. A transfer to the USA is possible in this context.
4. Contact and enquiry form
If you send us enquiries via the form or by email, the details you provide in the enquiry form, including the contact data you enter there, will be stored by us in order to process the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
5. Room booking via the website
If you make a binding room booking via our booking form, we process the details required for this (first and last name, email address, phone number if provided, travel dates, number of guests and your message if any) in order to carry out and process the booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To manage the reservation and synchronise availability with booking portals, we transmit the booking data to our service provider Smoobu GmbH, Berlin (booking management / channel manager).
6. Email dispatch (Resend)
We use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to send enquiry and booking confirmation emails. The data required for dispatch (name, email address, content of the message or booking data) is processed via the provider’s servers; a transfer to the USA is possible. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
7. Google Maps
On our contact page we embed map material from the “Google Maps” service provided by Google Ireland Limited. When you open the contact page, Google may transmit information, including your IP address, to servers in the USA. 8. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are stored locally on our server. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is established for this when the page is loaded.
